This year has already been a roller coaster in the Twin Cities and West Central MN. We had an awesome spring (March & April) and then in May buyer sentiment has changed dramatically and June has been a slow month so far. With that said we did see A LOT of multiple offers this spring and there is still a lot of buyer demand, but they are also looking for homes that are an easy yes. If your home has deferred maintenance, looks like it hasn't been cared for, and not clean for showings.
